Missionary Housing & Retreat Centers
This list includes a wide assortment of housing facilities, including guest houses, inns, furlough homes, camp grounds, retreat centers, and mission compounds. Most of the locations listed either provide discounts for people in full-time ministry or provide housing exclusively for ministry workers, a few locations are actually free for people in full-time ministry.
Many locations will clearly state the discounts or offers they have available to ministry workers, while others require a personal inquiry or request. Most locations require advance reservations and many do not accept walk-in guests.

Living Waters Campus, Headland, AL -- Living Waters has five cabins on the campus. Two of the cabins are dormitory-style housing ten people each. These are perfect for youth groups that need to house boys in one area and girls in a separate area. Additionally, there are three duplex-style cabins housing eight people each. Up to forty-four people can be accommodated in the cabins. These cabins are available for rental for spiritual retreats. Please call Living Waters for pricing and availability.

Retreats at this property are possible. There is a church building, fellowship hall, small group rooms, etc. on the property that could be made available to guests.

Olallieberry Inn, Cambria, CA -- Olallieberry Inn has nine romantic guest rooms — six in the Historic Home and three in the Innkeeper's Cottage. All rooms are TV-free and telephone-free, although the whole property has free wireless internet. Prospect Valley, Wheat Ridge, CO – Prospect Valley Hospitality offers a furnished studio apartment for short-term visitors. Accommodations are available to qualifying missionaries and full-time Christian non-profit employees, but priority is given to oversees missionaries.
SonScape Re-creation Ministries , Woodland Park, CO – Nestled high up in the Rocky Mountains just 45 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport or two hours from the Denver airport. Guests stay in private suits that have a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, balcony, full bathroom, king size bed, and a small kitchenette. En Gedi Retreat, Yampa, CO – En Gedi Retreat is a FREE retreat home for pastors and missionaries. Many pastors and missionaries have come to the ranch for a much needed break and left rested, refreshed, and renewed.

While we do our best to keep this listing current and up-to-date, it is possible that some locations may have moved, closed, altered what they offer, or changed their fees or policies regarding their guests and bookings. And while it is our goal to only list locations that are open to anyone in full-time ministry, there may be some locations that restrict their usage to only members of their mission society.
Most of the locations listed either provide discounts for people in full-time ministry or provide housing exclusively for ministry workers, but some locations do not provide any discount and are open to all comers but are still listed because their location and facilities are ideal for missionaries on deputation or furlough. Many locations will clearly state the discounts or offers they have available to ministry workers, while others require a personal inquiry or request. It is left to the initiative of the client to find out what fees or discounts may apply to them, and it is the right of the facility managers to determine what those fees or discounts may be, as well as their right to make changes to what they have to offer or the fees they incur.
Most locations require advance reservations and many do not accept walk-in guests. Some provide food or kitchens, others do not provide either.
