I am really excited to announce a brand new resource that has JUST been made available by Saint Mary’s Press.


A selection of images from ‘The African American Catholic Bible’ are now available for FREE download for personal and educational (non-commercial) use. Designed especially from the African American perspective.


These are full-size images, featuring stories from both the Old and New Testaments that are ideal for using within the African context.


As you can see in the following illustrations, the characters portrayed in these images contain African-American features, making it an ideal resource for the African context where they can be used as visual aids in telling Bible stories that are ethnically contextualized.
